Works of art of different media, subject, genre and size can be purchased or specially commissioned. We work with both corporate and private clients assisting those who wish to buy or commission a work of art. Portrait commissions of people, your favourite pets, landscapes, houses or interiors are available. The Gallery reserves the right to alter the price of any picture or sculpture without prior notice.

TO ORDER a picture or sculpture from the web site START on the CATALOGUE page and choose the section you are interested in, OR picture/sculpture you like most, OR go via SEARCH above. Then CLICK on a little image to see the enlarged picture of the item you have chosen. It will take you to the page with a big image, where you find the dimensions and price information on the picture or sculpture. Please INDICATE clearly the title of the work, artist, media/dimensions and reference number. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a response and discuss with you shipping & handling costs. You may use CURRENCY CONVERTER facility to be able to see the price in different currencies. When all the details have been talked over, you will be sent our ORDER FORM with the details of your purchase and the amount to pay. WE WILL WAIT for your payment for 10 days. If after that period the payment has not been completed, we regard ourselves free of any obligation towards your purchase. Flexible terms of payment may be arranged in specific circumstances. VAT/SALES TAX (currently 17.5% for the UK and EU businesses and addresses ) * UK and EU Customers Prices quoted DO NOT include VAT, which will be added once you established your location *Non EU Customers Orders sent to anywhere in the world outside the EU area will NOT be charged VAT, but may be subject to local sales taxes and custom charges SHIPPING AND PACKAGING costs are NOT included in the listed purchase price. They will be added once you established your location and made the order.
* We ship worldwide by the International insured Courier Service similar to FedEx. * All items are securely packed using bubble wrap, strong wrapping paper, hard cardboard, or wooden cradle to ensure safe delivery. * We will notify you immediately upon shipment about shipping dates and shipping details (i. e. tracking No., if applicable). * The paintings and sculptures will be dispatched within three business days of receiving the payment (credit card transaction) or upon clearance of all the payments due. * As a rule, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses because of credit card and certain courier companies restrictions.
WE GUARANTEE all the pictures, sculptures and fine porcelain items sold to be exactly as they are illustrated and described. We aim to give as accurate description of items as possible. However, we are all human and all make mistakes. If you find any discrepancies in the item description, please do tell us immediately.
Our customers have an opportunity to return any picture or sculpture acquired from the gallery if they are not happy with their purchase.
ITEM RETURN * Before the return of the picture or sculpture, you must inform us over the phone, fax, or by e-mail about the intended return. * The item should be posted back to us within 10 days of the date we received your return notification. A refund will follow in 3 business days after we got the item. * Items damaged in the post: please acquire a proof of damage from a relevant post office and include all the original packaging when sending the item back * All the returned items should be in the same condition as shipped and packed in the same packaging material as original using equivalent courier service (i. e., if the item sent by FedEX, it should be returned to us by FedEx, or UPS, or similar). * We regret that we are unable to reimburse shipping & package cost (except for the items damaged in the post when proof of the damage is provided).
